It was a cold, cold day in downtown Alexandria where winter hats and pea coats made for great family photo outfits! The Mom of this family is an old friend of mine who I haven't seen in a few years, she has since moved across the country and back, married a great guy, had an adorable baby girl and lets not forget Dewey the puggle!
