I love weddings…I love weddings even more when they are held at a place that is near and dear to the couples heart. Cassie + Sam were married on her parents amazing farm in Darlington, Maryland. It was gorgeous - the amount of work the couple and their family put into making everything perfect definitely showed.
Their ceremony was based on Quaker traditions (and officiated by Cassie’s adorable Grandfather!) which allowed guests in attendance to stand up and express their feelings to the couple. The weather was off and on with rain all morning (good luck!) it cleared up just in time for some pre-ceremony photos and we almost made it through the ceremony before a light rain started…everyone was so captivated with the ceremony I don’t think they even noticed!
As the day went on the sun came out full force and there was amazing blue skies as everyone danced the night away… Congrats Cassie + Sam!! Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to capture the memories of your most amazing day!!
