You might recognize this family from the fall...they so much fun to photograph then and nothing has changed!! Well except that Mom is due with baby girl number 3 here soon! It is a super exciting time in the lives of the Miller kids and they couldn't be more excited!
Jocelyne & Jon - Best of luck with everything! I can't wait to hear about your baby girls arrival! Enjoy your sneak peek!
Meet Claire & Haley - two beautiful sisters. They were so much fun to photograph. It isn't often that I only photograph older siblings, but I really enjoy it when I do. There is a whole new dynamic when photographing seniors and older children. Its a change of pace from making animal and airplane noises to just asking someone to smile or laugh or look off into the sunset.
I enjoy every aspect of my job, be it chasing around a 2 year old who doesn't like to sit still, capturing the look on a Bride's face when she is dancing with her husband for the first time, seeing the love a new Mother has for her newborn, to making an entire family laugh and hug each other in a photo that they will cherish forever.
Capturing memories, memories of how a person is at a certain moment in time, a time you never want to forget, and now you will never have to as it has been captured forever. Things change so fast, in the blink of an eye, kids grow, people move away, life happens. Get out there and take some photos and remember things how they are now, so you won't have to look back and say I wish I had a photo when...
Claire and Haley - thanks for being such beautiful and amazing subjects. I am so lucky I could capture this moment in your lives forever - sister love is the best. Enjoy your sneak peek!
Lucky for me - the hottest days I have had to photograph I have had families from out of town...why is this luck you ask? Well they have been 'out of town' from Texas and Puerto Rico - where it is normally A LOT hotter then it is here. So they are content. I am the only one who is sweltering. :)
The Rodriguez family was the winner of my 'Best of 2012 Contest' last year on Facebook and won a free session! This was their session - they decided to have it when their family was in town so we could capture some photos of the cousins. The Capital was the perfect setting - tho as you can guess there was NO shade there and it was HOT. But everyone was troopers. :)
Irma - I am so glad everything worked out for your session!! Enjoy your sneak peek!
